What is LakshyaPrep?
LakshyaPrep is an online SAT, ACT and MCAT prep platform. It starts with a free diagnostic scan, builds a study plan around your target score and test date, and backs it with a 1,100+ question bank per exam and optional 1:1 tutors.
Is the practice test really free?
Yes. The 8-question diagnostic scan and the 20-question sample test for SAT, ACT or MCAT are free and need no card. You get a scaled score estimate and your skill gaps either way.
Which exams do you cover?
SAT (400–1600), ACT (1–36) and MCAT (472–528). Each has its own question bank, skill practice pages, diagnostics and full-length mocks.
How does the study plan work?
Scan, Lock, Grind, Land. The scan maps your score and gaps; you lock a target score and test date; practice is aimed at your weakest skills first; mocks and tracking show you closing on the goal.
How much does it cost?
The scan, sample tests and per-skill practice are free. Basic membership is $149/month; Premium is $299/month and includes four 1:1 tutor sessions each month. One-time options are on the pricing page. Cancel at the end of any paid period.
Can I get a human tutor?
Yes. Premium includes four 1:1 sessions a month, extra session packages are available, and the tutor directory lets parents and students browse verified tutors by subject and availability.
Can parents follow their child's progress?
Yes. Parents get their own dashboard with their child's sessions, progress and billing — no admin access needed — and can book sessions on their child's behalf.
Do you guarantee a score?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. We show you your estimated range, your gaps and your progress, and we aim every practice hour at the skills worth the most points.
